The Upper Mission offers something for almost every buyer. Homes in this area are known for their fantastic views and the majority of buyers here will enjoy properties with great views of the Okanagan Lake and the surrounding vineyards and orchards. The Upper Mission is divided into many different smaller neighbourhoods and, while you may find a few older homes in these neighbourhoods, the majority of the homes are new.
Kettle Valley is one of the more popular neighbourhoods of the Upper Mission. Kettle Valley was created in the 1990s and was once voted Canada’s Best Neighbourhood. The Ponds is another one of the newer neighbourhoods in the Upper Mission, with many homes still being built.
The Upper Mission is also home to a few older neighbourhoods such as Crawford and Bella Cara Estates, which offers large lots and some of the best views. As a resident of the Upper Mission you will always be in close proximity to some of Kelowna’s best wineries such as Summerhill, Cedar Creek, and St. Hubertus, along with many great parks and beaches, including, but definitely not limited to Bertram Park, one of Kelowna’s best parks.
